This is an unacceptable antiquated approach. So WE the people, have a solution. BUILD A MUNICIPAL SKATE PARK. No child should be penalized for skateboarding which is a great physical activity when 39% of youth in Shelby County are Obese. No child should be penalized or arrested for skateboarding.
